I'm Ian Johnson and have been involved in the wine trade in Charleston since '98. I have spent a tremendous amount of resources, both money and time, to become as knowledgeable as I can in the world of wine. I will sit the Master of Wine Exam next June at Opus One in Napa. In the next few months I will be writing volumes and tasting as often as I can. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to share my tastings with many of the people who will follow this blog.
